Privacy, Safety & Rental Responsibility Policy

By renting equipment or using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Privacy, Safety, and Responsibility Policy.

You confirm that you are authorized to accept responsibility for the rental equipment and ensure all participants follow safety guidelines.

Safety & Operating Responsibilities

Customer safety is extremely important to us. By renting equipment from YVNG Forever Play Zone, the customer agrees to follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided with the inflatable or rental equipment.

Customer acknowledges and agrees:

  • Safety instructions are provided with each rental and must be followed at all times.

  • YVNG Forever Play Zone does not provide equipment operators.

  • The customer is fully responsible for supervising participants and ensuring safe use of the equipment.

  • Adult supervision is required at all times, especially when children are using inflatable equipment.

  • Equipment must be kept away from water sources such as pools or sprinklers.

  • Electrical components must never be used near water.

  • Equipment must not be used if damaged or unsafe.

  • Only individuals who understand the safety rules should operate or supervise the equipment.


Customer understands that the safe use of inflatable equipment depends on proper supervision and following all posted safety rules.

Equipment Pick-Up Responsibility

Driver pick-up time is approximate. Our driver may arrive as early as 8:00 AM on the day of rental or as late as 11:00 PM, or the following day, to pick up the equipment.

Customers are responsible for all rented equipment and must remain available with the equipment until it is picked up by a YVNG Forever Play Zone representative, unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Assumption of Risk

Use of inflatable amusement equipment ivolves inherent risks including, but not limited to:

  • Slipping 

  • Falling 

  • Collisions 

  • injuries

  • Emotional Distress 

  • Property Damage 

  • Serious Injuries or death

By renting equipment from YVNG Forever Play Zone, the customer voluntarily accepts all risks associated with the use of rented equipment.

Release of Liability

By completing a rental, the customer agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless YVNG Forever Play Zone, its owners, employees, and representatives from any claims, damages, or liability arising from the use of rented equipment.

This includes claims related to:

  • Personal injury

  • Property damage

  • Negligence claims

  • Accidents during equipment use


Customer agrees that any legal action must be filed in the State of Kentucky.

If any portion of this agreement is found to be unenforceable, all remaining portions will remain valid.
